Fans2c Creators Collective

Creator Participation & 3% Fee Eligibility Statement

Fans2c Creators Collective (“Fans2c” or “the Collective”) exists to help creators grow together through community support, shared exposure, and collaborative engagement. The reduced 3% platform fee is made possible only through active participation and a sustainable number of creators working together at any given time.

To remain registered with Fans2c and eligible for the 3% fee, creators agree to the following participation guidelines:

1. Community Participation

Creators are expected to take part in official Fans2c group chats or communication spaces when they are available. Participation may include engaging in discussions, acknowledging announcements, or contributing to collaborative efforts. The Collective values presence and communication, not constant availability.

2. Mutual Support & Reposting

Creators agree to reasonably support fellow Fans2c members by reposting, sharing, or promoting each other’s content on social media platforms they actively use, where platform rules allow.

• Support is collaborative, not compulsory beyond reasonable effort.
• Creators are never required to repost content that conflicts with their personal brand, platform guidelines, or applicable laws.

3. Creative Freedom

All creators retain full control over their content, opinions, and creative direction. Members are free to post comments and content as they wish. Fans2c does not claim ownership of creator content and does not require pre-approval.

4. Fee Structure & Sustainability

The low 3% fee is only sustainable when:

• Participation requirements are met, and
• The Collective maintains an effective number of active creators at any given time.

If participation levels or creator capacity change, Fans2c reserves the right to review eligibility for the reduced fee to ensure fairness and sustainability for the entire community.

5. Complaints & Removal

Fans2c does not actively monitor creator content. However, a creator may be reviewed or removed from the Collective only after an official complaint is received and evaluated in good faith. Removal may occur if a creator is found to be in persistent material violation of these guidelines, applicable laws, or platform rules.

Acknowledgment

By remaining registered with Fans2c Creators Collective, creators acknowledge that:

• The 3% fee is a benefit tied to active participation and community balance.
• Failure to meet participation expectations or substantiated complaints may result in removal from the Collective.
• These guidelines may be updated as needed to reflect legal, operational, or platform requirements.
